Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tcteardrops.com and send your item to: 2409 N 3rd Street, Wausau WI 54403, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, contact us for a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Brand Specific Policies for Overland Vehicle Systems
You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery). We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If you initiate a return after 30 days, we may issue a partial refund* depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty.** Your return shipping charges will be waived.
When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Products Returned After 30 days
- Because products devalue over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned over 30 days after delivery
- We may reduce the refund based on the condition of the merchandise
- We may also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund
- If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days your return initiation. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement item
Front Runner Specific Policies
Front Runner purchases can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware and accessories.

If the reason for return is not a result of a Front Runner Outfitters error, shipping costs, if any, incurred by the purchaser. Please note: if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs (eg. a Front Runner Roof Rack), the original shipping cost incurred by Front Runner Outfitters will be deducted from your refund.
If you are issued an RMA number by Front Runner, the return shipment must arrive at our facility within 3 weeks of the RMA approval being issued for a full return (anything received outside this period may be denied and returned to the customer).
If the returned products are not in new, re-sellable condition, a repackaging, restocking, and/or damaged goods fee of 20% of the product value may be deducted from the refund. We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care. If you need advice on how to pack the gear or need additional packaging materials, contact us. Front Runner can reserve the right to return any unacceptable products back to the sender. It generally takes 3-7 days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and credit to be issued to your card. As soon as the return is processed, you will get an email confirmation.
If you'd like to exchange your items for something else, please return them to us for a refund and place a new order for the product you want at the same time.
When choosing a shipper to return products, keep in mind that Front Runner Outfitters cannot be held liable or responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Any goods returned, when purchased over the period, will be refunded at the promotional price paid.
CHANGE-OF-MIND OR INCORRECT CHOICE
If you have changed your mind or made an incorrect choice and have paid already, chances are good your order is already being prepared for shipment. Most of our orders ships the same day!
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, we will cancel your order and process a full refund.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return in line with our Return Policy.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be processed as a return.
Items can run out of stock or be discontinued without warning, and we may not be able to fulfil orders for that item. We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays, stock shortages or discontinued items.
