TCTeardrops LLC took the Hurricane Hinge to the next level!
Our design adds a Rain Gutter to the top-side of the standard Hurricane Hinge, and now you can get the same heavy-duty zero-offset hinge for your own DIY project. TCT's Hurricane Hinge with Rain Gutter allows you to open your galley lid in the rain by diverting the water coming off the roof, thereby preventing it from entering the galley through the top-side of the hinge (for best results, an awning over the galley lid will prevent any water from flowing in from the bottom, keeping you dry as well)!
Optional End Caps Available: The End Caps not only hold your Hurricane Hinge with Rain Gutter in place, they also prevent water from leaking into your hinge through the sides.
